It’s the start of National Walking Month!

The perfect excuse to get some fresh air and stretch those legs!

Walking doesn’t have to mean scaling a mountain or chasing step targets. It can be as simple (and social!) as joining Sythwood Strollers.

• Sythwood Strollers is a parent led walking group, open to all parents and carers.
• Meet: Outside the main gate
• When: Tuesday mornings, straight after drop off
• Where: A relaxed stroll around the lake

A lovely chance to move a little, chat a lot, and start the day well. No pressure, no pace, just company and fresh air.
