Last week at Sythwood, we celebrated World Braille Day. 

In assembly, we explored the incredible story of how Braille was developed and how it continues to empower people today.

We were proud to celebrate our talented Braillists here at Sythwood – what an inspiration! 

To keep the learning going, we challenged our children to spot real-life uses of Braille in their everyday world. From packaging to signs, it’s amazing how much Braille is around us when we look closely!
