To embed the ‘Be the Best You Can Be’ programme for the whole school.

Children have learnt what it takes to achieve success and been inspired through visits from Olympians and McLaren engineers.

Provide CPD opportunities for teachers in KS1- fundamental ball skills, gymnastics movement and striking and fielding.

All teachers have attended CPD sessions and are now more confident delivering the PE curriculum.

To purchase new equipment and team kit for our growing number of competitive teams.

Playground equipment for sports leaders-led groups to use and sports kit has been purchased meaning more children are engaging in physical activity daily and had the opportunity to represent their school.

To host and run a range of inter and intra school competitions for years 2-6.

To further strengthen our links with local clubs through taster days and coaching sessions.

Increased number of children joining local sports clubs. New links made (squash, athletics, golf).

Provide ‘sports crew’ training for 30 year 5 and 20 year 6 children.

To provide transport to sports fixtures for all children.

Increase in clubs formed and sports events attended (see statistics below).

Organise Woking District athletics event.

Over 300 children, from 23 schools, competed in a well organised and safe event.
